As new laws become required Stratum HR has a handle on all compliance standards. CA SB-1343 requires employers with 5 or more employees, including temporary or seasonal employees, interns and volunteers to provide at least 2 hours of sexual harassment training to all supervisors and management and at least one hour of sexual harassment training to all non supervisory employees by January 1, 2021, and once every two years thereafter.

* 1 or 2 hour Training Video
   (English / Spanish)
* 21 question Employee Test
   (80% required to pass)
* 42 question Manager / Supervisor Training Test
   (80% required to pass)
* Certificate of Completion
   (Valid for 2 years)

* $ 35.00 = 1 to 10 ee
* $ 30.00 = 11 - 25 ee
